Lairmont Manor and Estate has a beautiful fountain garden, an open air tent, glass roof pavilion and indoor mansion space for all kinds of celebratory events, including graduation parties!! We are located in Bellingham near historic Fairhaven Village and offer a wide range of event space options for groups of all sizes ranging from formal gatherings to casual barbecues. EXCLUSIVE USE OF OUR PRIVATE ESTATE With the exception of our accommodating team, you will have the house and grounds all to yourself! Our unique outdoor venue space has a large marquee tent, a lush garden courtyard and access to our 1914 historical manor!

VENDOR CHOICEWhen you plan an event at Lairmont Manor you choose the style and theme of your event and we offer you access to our list of amazing local vendors to hire: Catering Teams, Food trucks, Bakeries, Photographers, Music options, Entertainment, Stylists, Event Planners, Rental companies, Lawn Game rental Companies, Hotels and more.

VENUE AMENITIES We offer use of multiple styles of tables and chairs, AV equipment, a standing bar, Steinway Grand B piano, tent heaters and hand sanitizing stations. We also provide our guests use of four sparkling clean restrooms, dressing rooms and free parking. We have a network of reliable outside vendors for any upgrades you might like.
ON SITE SERVICES Our Venue Coordinator will provide you a tour, and be available to answer questions and support you as you plan your event, this includes a 1 hour set-up details meeting either in person or virtually. Our event team will set up tables and chairs to your specifications prior to your event. A Lairmont coordinator will be on site during your event.
